This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Hanging Stuff (the "Physical Goods").

1) What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, Hanging Stuff will repair or replace, products or parts of a product that which in the opinion of the manufacturer is defective due to faulty material or workmanship provided that the appliance has been used for the purpose in which it was designed namely a clothesline or airer and operated in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
2) What will we do to correct problems?
Hanging Stuff will either repair the Product, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
3 )How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Hanging Stuff is 12 months from the date of purchase.
A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 12 months from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
4) What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
4b) misuse, neglect, accident or alteration by any person
4c) damage or destroyed by fire, flood, Act of God or other inevitable accident
4d) hiring to any person or persons
4e) use with anything other than Hanging Stuff genuine spare parts
5) What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact Hanging Stuff to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
The purchaser will be responsible for paying any transport charges on, and damages and loss incurred in connection with the transportation of this appliance to and from Hanging Stuff premises.
6) In addition to the requirements above, this warranty against defects operates in addition to consumers’ rights under the ACL.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
We will only accept the return of a product if it is undamaged. It is your obligation to pay for and ensure the safe return of the product to us.
Please note that we will only refund delivery charges if the return is a result of our error.
A factory second is a product that they may have a cosmetic blemish, be factory reconditioned, an ex-display model, but are otherwise fit for purpose.
Warranty applies to factory seconds only in the event that the product is functionally defective. It does not apply for cosmetic blemishes as per our Warranty policy
